Adult Group Classes and Private Lessons

We have a wide variety of styles and time slots for you to choose from, and have even stacked some classes with our kids’ classes, so you can workout while your kids dance their heart out!

  • While we think you will LOVE all of our classes, here’s a breakdown of our class offerings. (PS: all of our classes are beginner friendly, and no partner is required!)

    Ballet: perfect for the adult who wants to live out their childhood ballerina dream. Ballet will improve your grace, poise, and overall strength and flexibility!

    Ballroom: perfect for the Dancing With the Stars viewer who watches and thinks, “I could do that!” Ballroom is really classy, showy, and allows you to explore a wide variety of dynamics, from a smooth waltz, to a flirty cha cha, or a passionate tango!

    West Coast Swing: perfect for the person whose favorite playlist is all of the genres. In west coast swing dancing, we like to say #anypartner #anysong and you’ll learn how to do that in this class!

    Country Class & Social: perfect for the person looking for something fun to do on a Saturday night! Our Saturday socials are a great chance to learn a little dancing, meet new people, and rock out to your favorite country tunes!

    Barre Fitness: perfect for the pilates and yoga lovers who wish that their workouts had a more upbeat vibe. Barre is a fun mix of pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training set to a killer playlist!

    Yoga: perfect for the person who wishes they could touch their toes (or do the splits). Our yoga classes are focused on techniques and asanas for improved flexibility, and you will definitely leave this class feeling better than when you walked in!

    Zumba: perfect for the wannabe cardio junkie who just doesn’t like running on the treadmill. Zumba will get your heart rate up, but you’ll have such a great time, you’ll forget you were working out!

  • Any clothing you can move well in is welcome. No street shoes, please! Socks work really great on our dance floor, but we're happy to recommend specific footwear for you. We have adult dancewear available at shopnimbly.com/whitemountaindancestudio. Please arrive dressed for class as we do run our classes back to back, and do not have space or time for changing.

  • Please bring a water bottle, and bring a yoga mat for fitness classes.

  • Parking is available in front and behind our building. If parking spaces fill, there is more parking
    in the strip mall behind Elkhorn Cabinets.

  • There are 3 easy steps to sign up for a class:

    Please note, if you are attending with a partner, you will each need an account and need to sign up separately for classes. Partners are welcome at private lessons for no additional cost.

  • Our pricing is based on frequency, so the more classes you take per month, the cheaper each class is! Classes are available for less than $10 on our unlimited and VIP memberships.

  • First of all, welcome! We can’t wait to move with you. We recommend that you start with our New Student Special so that you can try out a few classes at a discounted rate. From there, we’re happy to recommend the best membership or package for your goals.

Our Policies

  • Pre-registration is required for all classes. Classes with low enrollment will be canceled by 8pm the day before.

  • Can't make a class? Cancel at least 12 hrs before class - late cancels and no shows are marked as used.

  • Memberships are on autopay and renew on the same date each month. They can be canceled anytime through your account.

  • Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks - just ask us!

  • On memberships, unused classes rollover to the next month. Please note that drop-ins and class passes have expiration dates.

  • Class passes and memberships must be purchased per person, and cannot be shared with others (with the exception of guest passes).

  • Saturday socials and special workshops are separate pricing (with the exception of our Prima Membership).
