About Our Fitness Program
All Fitness Levels Welcome
Our classes are designed with progressions to meet each student where they are at in their fitness journey. While we encourage you to push yourself, we always trust you to honor your body and make the movement choices that feel good and safe for you that day.
Intentional Classes
Our class plans are catered to the needs of the students in each class. Know that we are always thinking about you, your goals, and your pain points as we plan our classes. We also hear you when you tell us you love a song, and we’ll make sure to repeat it on our playlist!
Moves that Matter
We save the flashy choreography for our dance classes! Our fitness classes are rooted in good exercise science principles that will help you be strong on and off the dance floor. Our goal is that by working out with us, you’ll move through your day-to-day life with ease and grace.

While we think you will LOVE all of our classes, here’s a breakdown of our class offerings:
Barre Fitness: perfect for the pilates and yoga lovers who wish that their workouts had a more upbeat vibe. Barre is a fun mix of pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training set to a killer playlist!
Dance Cardio: perfect for the wannabe cardio junkie who knows their heart needs the workout, but they dread the treadmill. This class will elevate your heart rate, but to you it will just feel like a dance party! (And yes, it’s beginner friendly - no worries if you “can’t dance.”)
Yoga: perfect for the person who wishes they could move with more ease. Our yoga classes are a gentle blend of flow and stretch to help you improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength. You will definitely leave this class feeling better than when you walked in!
Strength & Sweat: perfect for the person looking for the benefits of personal training with the affordability of group classes. Strength & sweat is a circuit style class that will get your heart pumping, improve your strength, and increase your confidence in working out.

Any clothing you can move well in is welcome. No street shoes, please! We recommend socks or bare feet for mat based classes, and socks or clean tennis shoes for other classes.
Please arrive dressed for class as we do run our classes back to back, and do not have space or time for changing.
-
Please bring a water bottle, and bring a yoga mat for fitness classes.
We have a water filling station, and bottled water for sale if you forget your water bottle.

Parking is available on the north and south sides of our building. If parking spaces fill, there is more parking

We believe that commitment deserves to be rewarded, so our best prices are through our memberships. Our most expensive per class option is our drop-in, which is $25/class.
-
First of all, welcome! We can’t wait to move with you.
We recommend that you start with our intro special (two weeks unlimited) or a single class.
From there, we’re happy to recommend the best membership or package for your goals.
-
First of all, we’re proud of you for committing to a new workout routine!
We recommend Strength & Sweat or one-on-one personal training for newbies so that you can learn the foundational movement patterns and build your baseline strength. We especially recommend this option if it’s difficult for you to get up & down from the floor, as that is one of the skills we will work on with you.
If you have a previous workout background, even if it’s been a while, you might also like our Barre Fitness class. This class has faster transitions between moves than Strength & Sweat, but is appropriate for beginners and advanced movers alike.
Our Dance Cardio class is the perfect choice if you are unable to kneel or get down on the floor, as this class stays standing the entire time.
Yoga is a great option for you if you know you need to work on your mobility and range of motion. This class does require getting up and down from the floor, as well as kneeling.
